Robert J. Svec
President and CEO

Robert "Bob" Svec brings more than 25 years of technology financial management experience to his role as president and CEO of Iselin, N.J.-based ComSci. Previously president of TSL, the leading provider of Telecom Expense Management solutions, Svec acquired ComSci in 2005 with another member of the leadership team, Dr. Alan Maltz.

Svec is uniquely positioned to lead ComSci's continued success. He spent 15 years as vice president and Chief Finance Officer in the IT division of Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank. There, he was responsible for all technology financial functions including budget performance, product costing and pricing, service catalog and service level agreements, chargebacks, capital planning and vendor relations. As a result of his significant experience, he has been acknowledged as a leader in IT Cost Transparency.

Svec is a member of the IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA) and holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Alan C. Maltz
Ph.D., Partner

Dr. Maltz contributes his 30+ years of technology and entrepreneurial experience to guiding ComSci's success. Previously, Maltz was the founder of TSL, considered by the industry to be the first telecommunications expense management firm. Prior to TSL, he held key roles at New York Telephone and Western Union and was the vice president, Telecommunications Systems for Bankers Trust. He has also served as the executive vice president and a director of Brite Voice Systems (NASDAQ: BVSI) and as a director of Callwave (NASDAQ: CALL).

A senior member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, Maltz holds a doctorate in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he is a visiting assistant professor. He has an MBA in management science from Pace University and a B.E. in electrical engineering from CUNY.

Louis M. Takacs
Vice President, Product Development

With more than 16 years of software architecture and management experience, Louis Takacs is responsible for setting the strategic direction of ComSci's products and services. Prior to joining ComSci, he was the vice president of Development at one of the world's largest Telecom Expense Management companies where he worked on the overall development and design of its enterprise software.

Most recently, Takacs played a pivotal role in re-architecting ComSci's software into enterprise software-as-as-service (SaaS) to expand its market opportunities and address demand from the company's growing client base.

Robert J. Bracco
Vice President, Client Services

Robert "Bob" Bracco is responsible for ComSci's client-facing organization, including onboarding new clients, driving customer satisfaction, providing sales support and cultivating strategic alliances. Under his tutelage, ComSci strives to ensure client success through the highest levels of service delivery.

Bracco joined the company in August 2005, bringing more than 10 years of experience in customer relationship management, systems and process improvements. Prior to ComSci, he was AVP of Client Services at TSL, where he managed all aspects of client support and growth, implementation and business development. He has also previously worked as account executive supporting Fortune 500 accounts

He is certified in leadership development and management by Rutgers University, and studied computer science and business management at SUNY.

Michael T. Siniscalchi
Vice President, Business Development

A frequent presenter at industry events, Michael T. Siniscalchi has more than 10 years of business and enterprise service solution sales experience. In addition to sales, he is responsible for brand awareness and articulation, including PR, advertising and events.

He joined ComSci in 2006 as vice president of Business Development. Since that time, he has rebranded ComSci and helped increase enterprise business at Global 2000 companies by 30%.Earlier in his career, he was a senior business development executive in the Telecom Expense Management industry. He gained significant technology financial management expertise by working with clients such as Bear Stearns, Philips Electronics, VOLT, Chevy Chase Bank, Chubb and McGraw-Hill. He also worked for Arthur Andersen in that company's consulting practice.

Siniscalchi holds a B.S. in marketing and finance from Quinnipiac University.
